Gebo Cermex Pal Robo-Kombi & Pal Vite 4000 is a robotic palletizer for plastic crates, packs and loose bottles. It is multifunctional and provides high flexibility and dependability. It is compact and thus can be used in confined and narrow areas. The palletizer provides fast and automatic changeover and is easy to maintain. It allows operations at multiple stations, all managed by one operator. This eliminates the needs of multiple equivalent conventional machines. It allows creation of several con?gurations with orientation of entries/exits in any direction.

The robotic palletizer allows changing and enhancement of the work cycle. This can be done with a dedicated software and a joystick, which allows system customization via precise trajectories and conditions. The island can include multiple different robots, which can be operated simultaneously at a similar work position. It also allows automatic head change, which subsequently leads to faster format changeover times.
